At HONG KONG LINGSON TRADING CO., LIMITED (“Brottar,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we want you to love your Brottar Home furniture. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy ensures a smooth and transparent process. 

This policy applies to all purchases made through www.brottarhome.com and official Brottar sales channels.

1. Return Period

•    You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
•    Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging, unless the return is due to a confirmed quality issue.

2. Eligible Returns

We gladly accept returns or exchanges if:
•    The product arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete (e.g., cracked wood, broken glass, missing parts).
•    The product does not match the description (e.g., wrong color, size, or model).
•    There is a performance failure not caused by misuse.
Non-eligible returns include:
•    Damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, or modification.
•    Products that have been assembled, disassembled, or missing original packaging, unless defective.
•    Final sale, clearance, or customized items.

3. Returns for Personal Reasons

•    If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, size preference, or personal dislike, we can provide a prepaid return label.
•    In these cases, the return shipping cost (label fee) will be deducted from your refund.

4. Return & Refund Process

1.    Contact us via your order page or by emailing support@brottarhome.com, including your order number and reason for return.
2.    Provide photos or videos of the product and packaging if damaged or defective.
3.    Once your request is approved, we will provide one of the following:
•    A prepaid return label,
•    Replacement parts, or
•    A free replacement or full refund, depending on the situation.
4.    Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
(Please note that refund posting time may vary depending on your payment provider.)

5. Exchanges

•    If a product arrives defective or damaged, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
•    If small parts or accessories are missing, we will ship replacements free of charge without requiring a full return.

6. Shipping Costs

•    Returns due to quality or shipping damage are 100% free.
•    Returns for personal reasons require the customer to cover return shipping costs.
•    Prepaid labels can be issued by Brottar at cost and deducted from the refund amount.
