After-Sales Service & Policies

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging unless defective.

Defective or damaged items → free returns or replacements. Change of mind/personal reasons → we provide a prepaid return label, with the return shipping fee deducted from your refund.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.

Please contact us immediately with photos. Depending on the issue, we may send replacement parts, issue a partial refund, or provide a full replacement at no cost.

We will ship missing parts free of charge — no need to return the entire product.
